One official transcript and one completion certificate is provided to each student upon successful completion of the course and is usually delivered at graduation. If an additional copy is needed, it can be obtained through the Jeremiah’s Hope Academy office. The policy and fees are as follows:Jeremiah’s Hope Academy requires that requests for copies of documents be made in writing.
A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required to produce an official transcript/copy of document for an individual that has completed/terminated the program within 12 months of the date of the request. A minimum of 5 business days’ notice is required for producing an official transcript/copy of document for graduation/termination for dates in excess of 12 months prior to the date of the request.
Transcript: $10.00 for the first copy in the request, $5.00 for each additional copy
Certificate*: $5.00 for the each copy
Jeremiahs’ Hope Academy accepts cash, cashier’s check and money orders ONLY. No personal checks are accepted. Please make all orders payable to Jeremiah’s Hope Academy.
(*If JHA completion certificate copies are available in the student file. Certificate copies for CPR, CPI, etc. will be provided if available in the student file and currently valid.)
